Detergents-Disinfectants
AVIBASE (ALKALINE CHLORINATED DETERGENT)
Non-foaming concentrate which removes fat, protein and all kinds of bacteria. It is a liquid concentrate for cleaning and disinfecting milking devices.
Active ingredients include:
- Sodium hydrochloride / NaOCl / active substance /330 kg/1000 kg weight
- Sodium hydroxide / NaOH / <9.85%
- Active chlorine content in the product - 37.6 g / kg

Usage:
- Contact time with active chlorine for bactericidal activity - 5 minutes, for fungicidal activity - 15 minutes
- Remove the remaining milk and thoroughly wash all equipment with clean water
- Prepare a solution with a concentration of 0.5 - 2% just before use
- Cleaning process should be carried out at elevated temperature of 75° C for 15 minutes
- After completing the cleaning process, the entire unit should be thoroughly rinsed with clean water

- AVIBASE detergent is available in 10-25-75-250-1000 Litres
AVICID (ACIDIC DETERGENT)
Non-foaming concentrate which removes milk stone and mineral substances. It is a Liquid concentrate for cleaning milking devices.
Active ingredients include:
- 5-30% nitric acid (HNO3)
- 5-15% phosphoric acid (H3PO4)

Usage:
- Remove the remaining milk and thoroughly wash all equipment with clean water
- Prepare a solution with a concentration of 0.5% just before use
- Clean for 15 minutes at higher temperatures of 75°C
- After completing the process of cleaning rinse the entire unit thoroughly with clean water
